Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, contact us at goldlionstoreshopify@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
